The core value of AR lies in the acquisition and utilization of 3D information, as well as the information revolution combining virtual reality, it has become a mainstream tool in all walks of life since its advantage. The left is a workflow fragment in my real business project, which I will use to see the effect of my 3D design model in the real environment or to test the animation effect, but the transition between multiple devices in actual work is very frustrating, and there is no software on the market that can meets the needs of working in AR,We want to create a product through incremental innovation.

In the future, an XR business platform for DingTalk business can be established, a super entrance allow ISV to provide services for Vertical fields based on this platform,like manufacturing, virtual exhibitions, corporate live broadcast training, enterprise booth etc, which can provide industry services and bring a lot of commercial exports.

There are huge risks and challenges from the perspective of PMF, so my strategy start with the hardware, to understand the current capability boundaries of it, and then use the part of the mindset and form of the current phone/computer device interaction to bring users an experience with low learning costs, minimalist MVP, incremental innovation.
